| Did a morning swim in the lake and I think it was about 1 mile but could be a little less. Followed the swim with a 20 min. run with intervals every 4 min.

| Stationary bike at the gym for 15 min. followed by a weight workout.

| Easy 2 mile run to Disneyland and back to the hotel. I did not time myself for this run. Just enjoyed the cool weather.

| We went on a family vacation and so it has been almost a week of no running but a lot of walking. I did 2 miles on Thursday morning but it was a really easy 2 miles. That made for a really tough 5 mile run this morning in the wind. I was really tired. Eating a lot of bad food and not having an eating schedule did not help with that either. I am hoping by the end of this week I am feeling better.

| Had a nice run this morning to the gym and back. It is amazing how much a litle weight training takes out of you and how much harder it is to run after some weights. I did not keep my pace because my watch would not get a GPS signal this morning so I just had a nice relaxing run.
