I have recently moved to start a dental specialty program in California. I miss a lot of things about Lake Havasu, but the running weather here so far is AMAZING!! I started my run with it being 59 degrees this morning and it was 90 where I use to live (sorry Rhett).

I had a good 5 mile run followed by a 20 minute core workout.

I had a great 8 mile run on the trails. The weather was great and my legs felt good.

I had a rock trip me about mile 6 so I came out of the trails with a few cuts and bruises, but it was well worth it!

You know you love to run when a 7AM class gets cancelled and the first thought that pops into your head is that you can run longer because you don't have to get to school so early.

I did 6 nice easy miles this morning.

10 miles exploring the trails around my house.  The trails go for miles!  A good chunk of the beginning is uphill so it's a grind at the beginning.  The second half is the payoff going downhill.  I didn't trip this time so I came out without any scapes or bruises.
