About 1 mile into my run I rolled my ankle on a pine cone.  Luckily I was able to move it around and still run on it but I took my run really slow.  It was raining and windy here too so that made my run a little slower too.

Watch out for those pesky pine cones. Iím running far, but youíre running much faster than me. Youíre going to be fine.

What are you guys up to next week? How much time will we have to run Saturday morning?
