I did a run/swim/run workout this morning. I did 4.5 miles to the pool and then did a short swim. After the swim I got my sweaty clothes back on and ran another 2.5 miles home. My GPS watch was not getting a satellite signal this morning so I was not able to track my speed. I ran a little earlier and it did not feel as hot. The last 2.5 were around 7 so it was hotter by them, but 2.5 miles is not too bad even with the Havasu heat.
