I DID QUALIFY FOR BOSTON!!!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run, Run, Run, Run, and Run More.
Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
15 minutes easy on the bike followed by an easy core workout.
20 minute core workout trying to let the legs recover from the run.
I tried to run today after a 1,000 yard swim but my left hamstring siezed up and the run was over. I got in 5 minutes of a TM run before it happened.
Rest day to recover from my hammy injury.
30 minutes on the elliptical followed by a 30 minute core workout.
1 hour on the TM walking at a 4mph pace and the incline set between 8 and 11. I felt like this gave me a good workout yet it was not hard on my hamstring. I did a 20 minute core workout after.
