1 mile warmup followed by .5 at 6:20 pace with .5 recovery x 4. 1.3 miles cool down. It was 90 degrees when I did this. Wanted to do 5 sets but it was too hot!
No running today. My wife surprised me with a day trip to a hot spring resort so I spent part of the day floating in relaxing mineral water warm spring pools and spending time with my amazing wife!
