Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Evening run. Got going late this morning so I had to run this evening. Felt pretty good for an evening run. AP 8:11.
Stationary bike, swim, core
Comfortable pace
TM speedwork. .5 at 8min/mile with .5 at 6.22min/mile for 8 miles with .3 cool down. It was easier to keep the pace on the TM but still burned the last 2 miles.
followed this with a core workout
10 miles on the spin bike followed by 5 miles on the TM. AP was 7:45.
6 TM miles at 8min/mile pace. Nice even 30 for the week.
