Swim and bike morning workout. Did a shorter bike ride but I did some hill training so it took a little more out of me. Felt really good. Good way to start the first day of October!

Man, you've been kicking butt with your workouts lately. I am feeling lazy and fat since my vacation and knowing that I am leaving again next week doesn't help any. Keep up the good work.
Friday morning I don't have seminary so if you want to ride around 6:30 we could. I just have to be done around 8:00.
