We had a really windy night so I didn't sleep well at all.  I decided I would give my body a day break and run tomorrow just to be safe.  I know it's just being lazy but I'll take lazy after my rough night.

It was cold and windy here yesterday also, so I also took the day off from running. It felt good to get back out there today though.

We need to make a race plan. What are we going to do after Mt. Charleston?
