Started the morning with a 30 minute swim. I was able to get about 26 laps in with that swim and it felt really good.
After the swim I spent a little time with the kids and then headed off for my run. My legs felt really good and I got to see Rhett on his bike and chat for a few minutes. I was happy with my run overall. I am getting a little more tired than a month ago, but I haven't run much in the past month.
