Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Tried to keep it nice and easy this morning. On the slight downhills I feel like I'm going slow but when I look at my watch I realize I'm going too fast. Legs are still recovering a little from last week.
2x400 @5:30 with 2x400 recovery. 1 mile w/tempo at straightaways and recovery at the corners. 1 mile to and from track.
Tried to keep things nice and easy after the harder run yesterday.
Core.
calf didn't feel right so took the day off.
AM: 20 miles @8:09/mile. Felt really good this morning.
