Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Stationary bike at the gym this morning followed by some weights. I did 25 minutes on the bike and around 20 with the weights. Just did some core work.
Good run even though it was in the wind. Legs felt good and not too tired.

Stationary bike at the gym followed by a workout with weights. Put the resistance higher today and the legs felt the burn!
I ran to the gym this morning and did a weight workout and then ran home. The run to the gym is all uphill and the run home is all downhill.
