I had a long weekend being in Snowflake and I was exhausted this morning so I took the morning off and stayed in bed until the last minute.  I honestly didn't feel bad about not getting workout in!  That was how tired I was.

The weather was very nice this morning.  Not too hot.  It was only 82 degrees with very little wind.  My legs felt great.  I wanted to run longer but I didn't have the time.

4 Laps around the Island this morning.  I rode with Rhett for about 1 lap around the Island so we were able to catch up a little.  Felt great to get out and ride, but it was really hot and humid this morning.  Made me thankful I was not running.

I had a nice run this morning.  It was pretty hot, but I made it through.  My legs felt really good.  Not sure what my AP was because my watch was going crazy.

Rhett and I did a brick workout this morning.  It was the first one of the year.  25 miles at a decent pace followed by a 2.65 mile run.  It was a lot of fun to get out with Rhett again and get on the bike.  Looking forward to more Tri training with Rhett to preparation for our half ironman in October.

Well, my watch is dead so todays run was just based on how I was feeling.  It was about 90 degrees outside with 40% humidity so it was hot and muggy.  The run felt good and I am assuming I was right around an 8 min/mile pace, but maybe a little slower.  It was trying to rain outside which would have been nice, but nothing ended up falling from the sky.
