Life is kinda funny. I did not sleep well last night but I felt great on my run this morning. Earlier in the week I slept well but did not feel good on my runs. Maybe I should start sleeping less. Did 5 miles and I felt really good.
After the run I did a 37 minute lake swim. I felt really good with the swim too. Working out is much more enjoyable when you feel good!
