Easy miles
AM: stationary bike 30 minutes with weights
PM: 3 miles
Speed day. .5 mile at 6:20 to 6:30 and .5 mile recovery. AP 7:38.
30 minutes on stationary bike followed by weights focusing on legs
Lunch: Swim
Tried some new sketchers today. I ran in them for years and stopped because they changed things too much. I decided to give them another try.
My boy had a mountain biking event this morning so I got a really late start in the heat. Overall felt really good all things considered.
