Felt really good running today.  I was able to keep my HR low and still run at a decent clip.  1 downhill mile ended up being at MP, but my HR was still about 140.

Took the run nice and slow with the HR between 140-145.

Felt really good.

Long run.  First 6 miles were all uphill and were kept in check by my HR.  They were pretty slow miles.  Uphill and a headwind.

The next 9 miles were mainly downhill and all done at MP.  It started to rain so I was able to run a mile or so in the rain.  Felt great!  Only issue was, again, a headwind.

Last 2 miles were really easy trying to get the HR back to 146.  The last mile I stopped and walked a little to get the HR down.

Overall felt great and was happy with the distance and the way I was able to run.

8 really easy miles in the wind.  I thought about 9 but with it being windy making my run a little tougher, I decided on just 8.
